I found a new site that I am finding useful:
The Daily Plate lets you track calories on their site for free. They have lots of good information on nutritional facts for restaurants and foods.
For example, because I needed a little extra push in the No Fry Zone, I read the facts on McDonald’s fries:

Big Mac 560 30g 47g 25g
French Fries – Super Size® French Fries 610 29g 77g 9g
French Fries – Medium French Fries 380 20g 47g 4g
