I am not sure if you have heard of the free site, SparkPeople – it has great resources for healthy meal ideas, nutritional information, workout ideas and motivation.
There are places you can track your minutes you’ve worked out (so you can earn cheesy little “trophies”!) and places you can track your weight loss (if that’s what you’re going for) and places to track what you eat. I tend to only track the minutes worked out – since that’s what I need motivation for!
Anyway, my point is, for the past couple months, I and some of my friends have had a team on there – and now I’m starting one for this blog and you are MORE than welcome to join us! (Anyone is invited – don’t worry – it doesn’t track “personal” info unless you set it to do so. To me, it’s just addicting to keep track of minutes and see them add up!)
