Our middle child is actually a great comedienne, and has been since a very early age. We have fond memories of sitting around a table at IHOP when she was about 18 months old – making us laugh so hard we were crying. Although at this point, I can’t remember a thing about what she was actually doing, I do have a picture of the event:
Notice also SuperBoy? He’s about three weeks from being born here. And, yes, it’s perfectly acceptable to stuff yourself with Stuffed French Toast when there’s a SuperBoy in your stomach.
We love the way she makes us laugh. We love the way she describes things…like tonight at the dinner table, we played a “would you rather…” game (kid friendly!) and I said, “Would you rather have a chocolate chip cookie or a piece of chocolate cake?” She thought and thought…she pushed her hands against her head and said, “Aah! I have a hurricane in my head I’m thinking so hard!” Then after another minute of thinking, she says (very logically, I might add): “well, chocolate cake would take longer to eat; I think I’d take that!”
